It is quite tasty if made well.
Ingredients: Two cups wheat flour, two finely chopped onions, quarter tsp turmeric powder and chilli powder, two finely sliced green chillies, quarter tsp coriander powder, one cup chopped coriander leaves, salt, oil/ghee or butter.
Method: Mix the flour with other ingredients and knead well. Divide it into round balls and roll it out gently. Heat tawa, put the paratha on it and roast well on both sides on medium flame. Apply one tsp of oil on both sides before putting out the flame. In case you want to apply ghee/butter, do so only after taking the paratha off the tawa.
